Armageddon has begun. Your TV has broken.

Punkageddon is a first person hack and slash/shooter primarily inspired by the Devil May Cry series.

In a city where corporations influence every facet of life, those corporations seek to find the most efficient city designs to keep business flowing. To meet this end, the Future District was built up as an experimental futuristic living zone. As profit from this zone waned and, investments thinned, the punks pushed the corporations out and formed the Punk District. From there, only companies dealing in socially shunned cybernetics dare attempt to make deals with the punks. Recently, something has been going on to make the Punk District unusually combative.

Now, a fully cybo punk named Pax whose TV just broke must find a way to bring back his laziest entertainment, and discover why his attackers want him in particular dead.

Where's the full version brotha. We want full version. We need full version.

I was genuinely debating if this was a bitcoin miner (which it isn't), no offense, but 2 gigs of memory being used in the main menu is a lil much.

700 mb for me

Thanks for checking back in! I'm interested if we could solve this issue, as I haven't heard of this yet, outside of your feedback post.

On both Windows and Linux, the game for most players seems to only use a little under 800 MB of RAM on the main menu. and a little under 900 MB in game, as well as when returning to main menu after playing a bit.

If you're not available to work through this, that's absolutely okay, but if there's anyone else with inflated RAM usage who is up for it, I'd appreciate it if we looked through together.

Very cool game
