Bug fixes this patch

- Fixed an issue where parts of the train that normally tear off were invisible

- Fixed an issue where the images in the left panel of the end of mission ranking screen don't load

- Fixed resolution scaling on the end of mission ranking screen

- Fixed aspect ratio scaling (widescreen support) on boss health bar

- Added aspect ratio scaling (widescreen support) on combo meter

Other changes

- Added special animation when quick firing the shotgun in melee mode
